You will manage intermediary relationships, support existing portfolios, and pursue new business opportunities. Join AXA – Global Healthcare as a Senior Business Development Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our growth within the SME market. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, supporting our existing AGH portfolio, and identifying new business opportunities to drive expansion. With a shared global responsibility for managing our SME and Individual Intermediary sales channels, you’ll demonstrate our commitment to and the importance of the Intermediated SME market, helping to deliver tailored healthcare solutions that meet our clients' needs worldwide.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
