A global leader in integrated energy services is seeking a highly experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth from our most critical market, Angola, and expand our footprint across West Africa.
This is a leadership opportunity to not only build upon our multi-million-dollar success in Angola but to define and execute the strategy for entry into new regional markets. You will be responsible for developing our Process Services division, displacing competitors, and securing high-value contracts with major oil and gas operators.
This role requires a hands-on, visible leader who understands that business is done in person. We are looking for a strategic expert who can navigate complex client challenges and local market intricacies, particularly Angola's formal ITT (Invitation to Tender) processes, and collaborate with internal teams to build winning proposals.
