Job description

Senior Business Development Executive (Maternity Cover) at a distinguished boutique London law firm, renowned for its excellent workplace culture and long-standing private client practice.

This top-tier boutique law firm, recognised for its market-leading private wealth practice, is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm where private wealth contributes over 50% of total revenue — a true core focus of the business. You will be part of a highly collaborative and collegiate BD team, rather than working in isolation, making it an ideal role for a proactive and strategic Senior BD Executive looking to make a real impact.

Key Duties of the role will include:
  1. Identifying opportunities to win new work, with a particular focus on intermediaries
  2. Supporting the Senior Events Manager with flagship events, including overseas locations such as Switzerland
  3. Managing and creating compelling capability statements
  4. Recognising opportunities for profile-raising initiatives, including speaking engagements
  5. Mentoring the BD Executive (non-line management)
