How You’ll Contribute:

As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will be pivotal in expanding Enthuse’s reach within the UK charity sector, driving revenue growth and helping to build a smarter, more passionate team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with small and medium-sized UK charities, managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Identifying and understanding the needs of prospects, tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to remain a trusted advisor for your prospects.
  • Collaborating with the wider commercial teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to maximize every opportunity.
  • Using internal platforms such as Hubspot, Intercom, and Confluence to maintain a high level of organization and communication across teams.
  • Bringing energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to your team, helping drive the mission forward with passion and commitment.

What You’ll Bring:

We are looking for someone with a successful track record in sales, ideally in the SaaS sector, who can thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will possess:

  • At least 1 year of experience managing the full sales process, with success in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • A self-motivated, competitive nature with resilience and the ability to overcome objections.
  • A strong ability to build relationships, engage stakeholders, and navigate complex sales processes.
