Responsibilities

• Work on diverse projects in Risk, Regulatory, and Finance within Investment Banking, Asset, and Wealth Management.
• Understand client business challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to analyze business problems related to change initiatives.
• Utilize Agile methodologies, user stories, and process optimization to develop and implement solutions.
• Coordinate sprints, deployments, and participate in releases.
• Act as a business analyst and change delivery team leader.
• Gather requirements, interview clients, document processes, and communicate findings.
• Design solutions, assess risks, and present options.
• Build project plans, manage statuses, issues, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Create test scenarios and data to verify requirements.
• Support post-go-live to ensure solution success.
• Contribute to internal offerings and best-in-class solutions.
• Work effectively within diverse, inclusive teams and engage in the consulting community.

Candidate Profile

• Experience as a Business Analyst in Financial services, preferably in Risk, Finance, or Regulatory reporting roles within Investment Banks.
• Knowledge of Agile, process optimization, and LEAN methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile teams, defining user stories, and collaborating with Product Owners.
• Strong communication skills across all mediums with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data ownership, and lineage issues, with skills in SQL and Python.
• In-depth knowledge of investment banking products and lifecycle.
• At least 3 years in a Business Analyst role in relevant areas.
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple geographies and functions.
• Understanding of process mapping and system tools.
• Proficiency in Alteryx technology.
• Relevant professional training and accreditation.
