Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and focused professional with experience as a Senior Business Assistant or a proven record of sound support at Executive Director/Senior Management level to work within the NHS Golden Jubilee Corporate Governance department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a comprehensive range of business management, secretarial, administrative and organisational support to the Chief Executive, Head of Corporate Governance and Board Secretary.
  • Manage a fast-paced, unpredictable workload with professionalism, discretion and diplomacy in a confidential setting.
  • Be flexible with a high calibre of organisational and communication skills and a senior level of experience in minute taking.
  • Support the Executive Leadership Team across a portfolio of high-profile and critical work programmes, working collaboratively both internally and externally to the organisation.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of five years’ experience working at a senior management level.
  • Proven track record of working at Board/Executive Director level in a busy organisation where competing priorities are a daily challenge.
  • High degree of organisational ability, minute taking experience and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Understanding of the NHS or a large and complex multisite organisation within the Public or Private sector.
