What will your day look like?

As a Senior Business Architect in our Business Architecture Team, you will work as a consultant on different clients and projects simultaneously while collaborating with the broader organization, helping us elevate our service offerings. You will focus on:

  1. Operational Strategic Guidance
  2. Holistic assessments of current ways of working
  3. Organizational change management

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Collaborating with clients on global initiatives, considering their internal processes and standards alongside local requirements.
  • Monitoring the progress of programs across Business Architecture projects, resolving issues, and identifying connection points.
  • Assessing clients’ current organization to understand their vision, history, and ways of working; recommending improvements.
  • Supporting businesses in planning for the future by understanding their strategic goals and designing operational models accordingly.
  • Facilitating organizational change through strategic communication planning and implementation.
  • Managing expectations and applying structured change management methodologies.
  • Supervising changes to clients’ marketing processes, collaboration tools, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring organizational adoption.
Who are you going to work with?

Based at our headquarters in Copenhagen or in our London office, you will join a team of highly skilled process consultants in a dynamic, international environment. You will collaborate closely with experts from our technology, data, creative, and client teams across the US, UK/CPH, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Canada, and Thailand. We are a leader in our field and a transformation partner for some of the most admired brands worldwide.

What do you bring to the table?

You are analytical, enjoy deep diving into details, and can also zoom out to see the bigger picture. You understand the interconnectedness of organizational parts and approach organizational design and processes holistically. You are proactive, sociable, and skilled at building and maintaining relationships.

Additionally, you have:

  • A relevant master's degree or PhD, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or similar.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Architect, Business Process Consultant, or Change Management Consultant, or a strong analytical background from a PhD. Agency or consultancy experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in team settings within complex environments.
  • Capacity to shift between strategic overview and detailed work.
  • Excellent communication skills, including research, writing, and presentation abilities.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint.

Willingness to travel and flexibility are important, as many clients and colleagues are in different time zones.
