You will be responsible for analysing and documenting stakeholder requirements, validating business benefits, and gaining investment sign-off at the executive level.

You will work on a varied range of medium to large scale projects including regulatory, technical IT change, business change, customer experience, finance, etc. You will work alongside the IT Architecture team to review and match requirements to appropriate solutions, manage tender selection events for new solutions, or utilise procurement framework partners to leverage technology solutions.

This role forms part of a rapidly expanding and highly successful IT team, although you will liaise with key stakeholders across the entire business, whilst helping to coach more junior team members.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:

  1. A proven track record of having worked as a Senior Business Analyst
  2. Experience of working with third-parties

  4. Excellent stakeholder management, relationship management, and communication skills
  5. Have an understanding of managing a wide range of business and IT requirements in a largely outsourced environment
  6. The ability to prepare Investment Papers (Business Cases), document and agree objectives, review documents, and elicit requirements
  7. BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis / ISEB Business Analysis qualification or similar certification is highly desirable
  8. PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent Project Management qualification or similar would also be an advantage although it is not essential

What you'll get in return

This position offers excellent scope for career progression plus a benefits package that includes:

  1. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  2. Bonus scheme (up to 15%)
  3. Pension scheme (5% employee contribution, 10% employer contribution)
  4. 14 x salary Life Insurance
  5. Flexible benefits scheme options including corporate gym memberships, dental insurance, and health cash-plans
  6. Access to Financial Wellbeing Programme
