Job summary

Edenbrook Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to understand and document business and technical needs, translating requirements into clear deliverables and effective solutions in a Lloyd’s market context.

You will work with internal stakeholders to drive functional, technical and design specifications, supporting regulatory and change initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Lloyd’s and the London Market.
• Strong commercial experience with BA methods, tools and processes.
• Proven track record managing key stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to define business and technical requirements and functional tests clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and technical requirements and produce clear functional, technical and design specifications.
• Assess existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with business and IT stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and agree on effective solutions.
• Produce documentation including gap analysis, data analysis, data mapping and process models.
• Support evaluation and selection of third‑party software and collaborate with external suppliers.
