Senior Business Analyst - Shared Services Transformation

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join a global business with its HQ based in London. The ideal candidate will have experience working on Shared Services, Global Business Services, or Target Operating Model projects as a Senior Business Analyst.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be involved in a wide range of transformative projects within the Transformation department. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with cross-functional teams both locally and globally to elicit requirements, analyze complex business processes, and translate these into functional solutions aligned with strategic objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels, facilitate workshops, evaluate existing processes critically, and drive positive change through well-documented recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 5+ years' relevant experience in business transformation or management roles involving significant business analysis responsibilities.
  • Experience with Shared Services or Global Business Services driving process change is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work dependably within teams and independently as required.
  • Strong documentation skills with a focus on rigorous quality control before final sign-off.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones, demonstrating flexibility in communication styles.
  • Strong communication skills to engage confidently with sponsors and stakeholders at all levels; capable of challenging assumptions constructively.
  • Advanced analytical skills related to process optimization, data interpretation/mapping exercises, systems integration challenges, and attention to detail.
