Job summary

Logiq Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Optimisation and Transformation practice in a hybrid role based in the UK (Bristol/Corsham). You will lead analysis across secure digital and transformation engagements, building a trusted evidence base and translating user needs into prioritised requirements.

You will work with architects, security specialists and delivery teams to ensure viable, secure solutions aligned to outcomes, while guiding backlog and validating

Qualifications

• Substantial experience delivering as a Senior Business Analyst in complex digital, technology-enabled or organisational transformation.
• Strong command of the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle, from discovery and problem definition through implementation, acceptance and benefits review.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills, including with senior leaders, operational users and technical specialists.
• Proven requirements engineering skills, including elicitation, analysis, prioritisation, traceability, validation and change control.
• Practical experience of process modelling, gap analysis, options analysis, impact assessment and evidence-based recommendation development.
• Ability to create concise, accurate and audience-appropriate artefacts, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, requirement catalogues and decision papers.
• Experience working effectively in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments, using proportionate methods rather than applying a single framework by default.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and professional judgement, with confidence to challenge ambiguity and resolve conflicting needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary and multi-supplier teams while retaining ownership of analysis quality and outcomes.
• A consulting mindset focused on client value, knowledge transfer, continuous improvement and trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across secure digital, business optimisation and transformation engagements.
• Establish a clear evidence base, define scope and outcomes, and translate complex needs into prioritised requirements.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, design, development and testing teams to maintain alignment.
• Guide backlog refinement and prioritisation with clear accountability between business, product and delivery.
• Model as-is and to-be processes, journeys and information flows (BPMN/UML).
• Provide evidence-based recommendations, risks, and cost-benefit analyses to sponsors.
