Job summary

Parexel International invites applications for a Senior Business Analyst within the Data & Technology group. The role supports stakeholders globally and can be based in the UK, Serbia, Romania, or Poland, with the position fully home-based in any of these countries.

You will translate business needs to technology delivery, collaborating with UX/HFE and delivery teams to ensure user-centered solutions while adhering to enterprise, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Advanced BA IT experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience in CRO/Pharma/Biotech domains is desirable.
• Familiarity with CSV, SDLC methodologies, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, define, and refine business and functional requirements through stakeholders and workshops.
• Maintain RTMs and ensure test coverage with QA and delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders on scope and outcomes.
