Job summary

Hitachi Solutions Europe Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather, analyse and validate business requirements, design efficient processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will work with stakeholders across teams, support data-driven decision making, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role involves agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, documentation, and collaboration with PMs and SMEs to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BA experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Government projects following Service Standard.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to lead and mentor project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyse and model business processes to identify improvements.
• Define and manage user stories and functional specifications in Azure DevOps.
• Lead and implement process improvements across operations.
• Support testing, UAT and deployment readiness.
• Collaborate with PMs, product owners and SMEs to design solutions.
