We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Business Analyst to lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 and migration from Google Workspace. This role will also lead the deployment of Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities using Microsoft Co-pilot and Microsoft Co-pilot Studio, empowering users with intelligent automation and integration with platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Dynamics 365. Responsibilities include implementing Microsoft Power Platform for low-code solutions, deploying Microsoft Purview for data governance, Microsoft Defender for security, and Microsoft Sentinel for SIEM/SOC capabilities. The role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring a smooth migration aligned with business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Analysis

  • Elicit business, stakeholder, and solution requirements; prepare business requirements documents.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers and architects, aligning technical implementation with business goals.

System and Data Migration Strategy

  • Design and drive the migration strategy from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.
  • Develop a data inventory for migration, ensuring minimal disruption.

Change Impact Analysis

  • Assess impact on processes, systems, data, and roles; perform gap analyses and provide recommendations.
  • Identify existing Identity Management / SSO integrations for re-integration with Microsoft 365.

Information Governance - Compliance and Data Governance

  • Ensure migration compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including GDPR and data retention policies.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  • Identify stakeholders, create engagement plans, and communicate project impacts and progress.

User Adoption and Training

  • Collaborate on training programs, tutorials, and workshops to maximize user adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Design solutions that enhance user experience and productivity.
