Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Loan IQ experience to join a leading Investment Bank. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to support the implementation and optimization of Loan IQ and associated lending processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the banking/financial services industry
• Strong functional knowledge of Loan IQ – hands-on experience is essential
• Solid understanding of syndicated loans, loan lifecycle, and loan servicing processes
• Experience with other loan platforms or legacy system migrations
• Experience working on end-to-end system implementation or enhancement projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the SME for Loan IQ and syndicated loan operations within the bank
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new features, process improvements, and system integrations
• Work closely with product owners, technology, operations, and compliance teams to ensure functional requirements are clearly understood
• Support data mapping, gap analysis, and functional design related to Loan IQ
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and documentation as required
• Provide post-implementation support and user training
