Location: Glasgow or Newcastle (Onsite Meetings Required)

Our client is embarking on a major transformation journey and is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our Cyber Security Programme.

This is a critical contract role focused on delivering technical and business change across Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across IAM & PAM projects.
• Drive discovery, requirements gathering, and implementation phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Support and mentor other Business Analysts.
• Facilitate workshops, analyse data, and map business processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in IAM & PAM (e.g., CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra/AD).
• Background in Financial Services or other regulated industries.
• Strong track record across the full project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Jira, Miro, Visio, and data tools like Excel/Power BI.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience on Cyber Security Programmes.
• Business Analysis certifications.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, NIST CSF.

Location: This role is based in Glasgow or Newcastle, with onsite presence required for key meetings. Flexibility and collaboration are key.
