We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with the potential to grow into a Product Manager role. In this position, you will play a key role in the success of our complex payment solution by defining product features, shaping business logic, and managing detailed requirements.This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by streamlining processes, clarifying ambiguous needs, and delivering effective, scalable solutions.

Experience

All you need is:

  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst;
  • Proven experience working on complex systems with high levels of dependencies and limited documentation;
  • Experience in Payments/Fintech;
  • Experience defining and driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution across cross-functional teams.

Skills And Expertise

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach;
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping;
  • Proficiency in business process modeling (BPMN, UML, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with varied stakeholders and gain their trust;
  • Ability to influence without authority using logical reasoning, data, and facts;
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies;
  • Ability to decompose complex problems into manageable solutions with clear, logical steps;
  • Adaptability to deal with high ambiguity and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment;
  • Familiarity with designing interfaces through wireframes and mockups;
  • Advanced knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Figma);
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining structured documentation for long-term usability;
  • Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and accountability for product outcomes;
  • Experience conducting user research, collecting feedback, and translating insights into actionable product decisions;
  • Ability to define and monitor product KPIs, measure success, and iterate accordingly;
  • Understanding of monetization models, customer journeys, and product-market fit;
  • Proven ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and QA to ship high-quality products.

Language

  • Professional English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Your Daily Adventures Will Look Like

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable specifications for the development team;
  • Design and manage functional and non-functional requirements, including user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria;
  • Map and analyse complex data structures and APIs to ensure seamless system integrations;
  • Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and deliverables;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Vision and Scope, BRDs, SRS, user manuals, and maintenance guides;
  • Define and visualise workflows using BPMN or UML to support process improvements;
  • Assist in backlog management by structuring product backlog items, identifying dependencies, and ensuring clarity for the development team;
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of product features to identify risks, opportunities, and optimisation strategies;
  • Actively support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by ensuring deliverables align with business goals;
  • Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams to enhance system understanding and adoption of best practices.
