This is a critical role in fulfilling the strategy of Global Private Banking & Wealth (GPB&W). You will support the Sales Effectiveness and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Sub-Value Stream across multiple markets in the UK and globally. Responsibilities include oversight of Requirements Management, Design, and Change Management, working collaboratively with CRM Product Owners, delivery partners, and subject matter experts.
