If you're looking for a career that will help you stand out, join HSBC and fulfill your potential. Whether you want a career that could take you to the top or simply take you in an exciting new direction, HSBC offers opportunities, support, and rewards that will take you further.

Our Global Private Banking business provides banking, investment, and wealth management solutions to help high net worth clients and their families achieve their ambitions. We also advise on topics including wealth planning, alternative investments, and family governance. Our philanthropy experts support clients in having a positive societal impact. As an HSBC employee in the UK, you will have access to tailored professional development opportunities, a competitive pay and benefits package, private healthcare, enhanced maternity and adoption pay, and a contributory pension scheme with a generous employer contribution.

This is a critical role in fulfilling the strategy of Global Private Banking & Wealth (GPB&W). You will support the Sales Effectiveness and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Sub-Value Stream across multiple markets in the UK and globally. Responsibilities include oversight of Requirements Management, Design, and Change Management, working collaboratively with CRM Product Owners, delivery partners, and subject matter experts.

In this role, you will:

  • Work directly with CRM Product Owners to translate roadmaps into working software for end users.
  • Capture, analyze, and document business processes, customer journeys, and product functionality using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Drive overall delivery efficiently by adopting Agile and DevOps principles and best practices.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships, collaborating with teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality features faster, and explain complex issues clearly.
  • Manage the requirements lifecycle from discovery, analysis, implementation, UAT test script creation, release support, to business readiness.

To be successful, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Transformational Change, Change Methodologies (including Agile & SAFE), and Change Management Frameworks.
  • Proven working knowledge of CRMs, specifically Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Private Banking & Wealth experience (desirable).
  • Experience delivering global projects (desirable).
  • Ability to gather, translate, and clarify business requirements and define design options.

This role is based in London.
