Your new company
A boutique asset management organisation specialising in investing in charities and public sector organisations. They pride themselves on their ongoing efforts beyond traditional investor engagement, working with the industry to address systematic risks that threaten communities, the environment, and investment markets. They are committed to ESG-friendly investments and avoiding companies with ESG risks, which helps them prevent underperforming investments.
They are currently undergoing a transformation to implement a new Data Warehouse and are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the team and support this initiative.

Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Project Manager to lead and deliver the Data Warehouse project. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful, timely delivery, eliciting requirements, improving processes, and producing project deliverables. You will mentor Business Analysts and manage engagement with third parties, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

You will translate information from Subject-Matter Experts to capture processes, analyze requirements, and implement changes. Supporting the business to understand systems and liaising with vendors to meet requirements will also be part of your responsibilities.

• Strong Asset Management knowledge
• Experience with Data Warehouse implementation programmes
