Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep experience in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a strong background in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries. This role is critical to shaping the evolution of our enterprise applications landscape as we scale operations.

As a key member of the Corporate Applications team, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams—delivering process and system insights, designing scalable solutions, and supporting ongoing transformation initiatives.

You’ll be instrumental in analysing current systems, uncovering inefficiencies, and delivering recommendations that enable us to meet evolving regulatory and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand current Dynamics 365 processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Document and analyse business requirements across ERP modules, especially Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
  • Develop current- and future-state process maps to highlight gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimisation.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with ERP configuration and integration teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Support ERP project delivery, including workshops, UAT, training, change management, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with compliance and validation teams to ensure solutions meet GxP and audit requirements.
  • Provide insights and reporting on system adoption, performance metrics, and business value achieved through ERP enhancements.
  • Keep up to date with D365 updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting pharma supply chains and ERP systems.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated track record in business analysis, with a strong focus on ERP systems—particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
  • Proven expertise in Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules (inventory, procurement, production, demand planning).
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated, GxP-compliant environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP best practices, master data management, and process transformation in global organizations.
  • Skilled in gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and producing high-quality documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting ERP projects through full life cycle (design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support).
