What You Will Do

• Analyze multi-layered events, payments, and corporate action business cases, and describe their processing, maintenance, and delivery to customers. ISO15022 / ISO20022 standards play a crucial role in this area.
• Develop and describe solutions collaboratively with Product Management, Business and IT Architecture, IT Development, and Global Operations.
• Lead business acceptance testing and participate actively in customer communication.
• Collaborate proactively within an agile environment (SAFe Agile Framework).
• Present solutions to diverse internal and external stakeholders to develop optimal services for clients.

What You Bring

• University degree, preferably in economics or business informatics, or a banking apprenticeship with further education.
• Profound knowledge of various financial instruments and markets.
• Deep understanding of all types of events / corporate actions, both unstructured (news) and structured (ISO15022 / ISO20022 feeds).
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a business analyst in banking or with banking software providers, focusing on securities processing, operations, business concepts, requirements, or standards.
• A winning personality with strong communication skills across hierarchical levels and departments, including negotiation skills and assertiveness in complex situations.
