  • At least 3 years of Business Analysis experience
  • Experience in creating project documentation
  • Knowledge of User Stories, Use Cases, Business rules, and specifications
  • Experience with Agile and web development
  • Excellent soft skills and analytical thinking
  • Stakeholder interviewing and document analysis skills
  • Ability to explore use cases, visualize processes, and make technical specifications
  • Experience with Jira and backlog management
