Senior Business Analyst / Business Architect (Tooling & Agile Enablement Focus)
We are reshaping the way we deliver value by moving to a Product & Platform (P&P) model. This transformation underpins our strategy to scale agility, drive efficiency, and improve customer outcomes.
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Business Architect with a focus on Tooling and Agile Enablement, ensuring the right systems, processes, and tools are in place to support this journey.
In this role you will:
Assess current processes and tooling - Map existing systems, identify pain points, and evaluate risks from ideation to delivery.
Shape strategic processes - Translate top-down functional design into tooling and process requirements.
Lead RFP activity - Manage vendor selection for new systems/tools and any system integrator support.
Implement new tooling - Oversee design roll-out, process alignment, and feedback loops.
Drive adoption - Champion adoption across domains and P&P squads, working closely with Business Change and Tooling teams.
This is a hands-on transformation role, ideal for someone who can balance strategic design with practical delivery.
Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst / Business Architect with tooling/process transformation expertise.
Experience with end-to-end tooling implementations in Agile/technology-driven environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile Product & Platform delivery models.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple domains.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience of TOM definition and implementation on an enterprise scale.
Ideally consultancy background (Big 4 or equivalent).
Ability to operate independently and confidently in non-traditional team structures.
