Senior Business Analyst - Asset Management

Senior Business Analyst - Asset Management Salary: £75,000 + benefits Hybrid working

Your new company

A boutique Asset management organisation who specialise in investing in charities and public sector organisations is looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst.

Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely alongside the Project Manager to lead and deliver a variety of business and technology change-focused initiatives. This will involve elicitation of business requirements, initiating improvements in the current processes and producing project deliverables.

The Senior Business Analyst will be required to provide support and guidance and act as a mentor to other Business Analysts in the Projects team. You will also be responsible for managing engagement with third parties and assisting CCLA with change, liaising closely with internal and external Business Analysts, stakeholders and Project Managers.

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for utilising their skills to translate information from Subject-Matter experts across the business to capture processes, analyse requirements and implement changes. Support the business to understand systems and how they work, closely liaising with vendors to ensure all business requirements are met.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background gained working within the Asset Management industry. Prior experience of mentoring and leading other Business Analysts is nice to have. If you do not have this, you must be able to demonstrate that you would be comfortable doing so. Experience of implementing business systems (ie CRM/ Client Portal) is also essential, alongside a good technical understanding. Business Analysis qualifications are preferred although not essential. Experience of working on technology-focused projects is essential.
