The Senior Business Analyst will gather requirements, design migration strategies, and align the rollout with business goals while engaging stakeholders and ensuring governance.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience in business analysis, particularly in Microsoft 365 implementations.
Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide digital transformation projects.
Ability to create a transformation roadmap aligned with long-term goals.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Elicit requirements and prepare business requirements documents.
Translate requirements into functional specs for developers and architects.
Design and drive the data/systems migration strategy from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.
Assess impacts of the implementation on processes, data and roles; provide data-driven recommendations.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and data governance standards.
Identify stakeholders and communicate goals, plan and progress.
