Responsibilities

• Align business goals with effective technology solutions.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, translating business needs into requirements.
• Lead initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document requirements, and ensure delivery of solutions that meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
• Ability to advise and guide stakeholders on methods, tools, policies, and standards.
• Experience in planning, scoping, and requirements prioritization for large initiatives.
