• Proven BA experience in Agile software delivery or transformation environments.

As the organisation continues to evolve how it operates and delivers services to its clients, they are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic change initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of business and technology transformation programmes, collaborating with stakeholders across legal services, finance, technology and wider business operations. You'll play a key role in understanding business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement and translating requirements into practical solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes.

We're looking for a commercially aware and collaborative Business Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology. You'll be confident leading stakeholder conversations, facilitating workshops and working closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to turn complex business needs into clear requirements within an Agile environment.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within Agile software delivery or transformation environments
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience creating user stories, managing backlogs and supporting prioritisation alongside Product Owners and delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers
• Experience analysing and improving business processes, including AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping
• A track record of supporting technology-enabled change, system implementations and business transformation initiatives
• Experience facilitating workshops and translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps, dependencies, risks and opportunities for improvement
• The ability to communicate recommendations and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have:

• Experience working within Finance systems or Finance Transformation
• Exposure to workflow automation tools and emerging AI technologies
• Background within legal, professional services or another highly regulated environment
• Experience with systems integration and digital transformation programmes
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience supporting business case development and benefits realisation
