Job summary

Made Tech Limited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis and design of products and services delivering real value for users and client organisations. You will translate complex business challenges into evidence-based requirements, shape options for change, and own the BA work from discovery through to implementation in a UK-office setup.

You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, work with agile, iterative or predictive delivery, and contribute to growing Made Tech's

• Investigate business problems and opportunities, and recommend improvements to processes and technology.
• Lead elicitation and analysis of business and user needs, defining prioritised requirements traceable to delivered functionality.
• Analyse complex requirements, balance user needs with business objectives, risks and constraints.
• Lead option analysis and communicate benefits, impacts and trade-offs of proposed approaches.
• Model business processes, systems and data to build shared understanding of current and future states.
• Understand regulatory and policy constraints and reflect them in requirements and delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to agree success measures and acceptance criteria.
• Define testing and validation approaches and acceptance criteria to demonstrate value.
• Plan and manage business analysis activities, adapting as needs change.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll lead the analysis and design of products and services that deliver real value for users and for the organisations we work with. You'll work with stakeholders to understand complex business challenges, shape the options for change, and give teams the evidence they need to make good decisions.

You'll work with a high degree of autonomy, and you'll often be the only Business Analyst on a delivery. That means taking ownership of business analysis from discovery through to implementation: investigating the problem, understanding the policy, process and technology context, defining clear and evidence-based requirements, and staying involved as solutions are designed, built and adopted.

You’ll be the person who brings clarity. You’ll build trusted relationships with stakeholders at every level, translate between business and technical audiences, and use your judgement to choose an approach that’s proportionate to the problem in front of you, whether the delivery is Agile, iterative or predictive.

Beyond your engagement, you’ll be an active member of our Business Analysis Community of Practice, sharing what you’ve learned, coaching colleagues, and helping to grow our analysis capability across Made Tech and with our clients.
