Your role

In this role, you will support the development of new products, including developing business cases, extracting, consuming, and digesting key intelligence on business and product performance, writing specifications and user stories for development items, and supporting the Business Transformation Managers in their daily activities.

Senior Business Analyst

What We Need

Corpay is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst in Swindon. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). You will support new product development, business case creation, data analysis, and documentation, working closely with the UK Core Product and Business Transformation Teams, reporting to the VP of Product and Transformation.

Role Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and activities to recommend business improvements
  • Implement change management models
  • Support business case generation for products and transformations
  • Develop requirements, specifications, and user stories
  • Coordinate process changes with analysts and stakeholders
  • Lead UAT and performance testing
  • Develop and deliver training as needed
  • Support POC activities and build projects
  • Build stakeholder relationships
  • Implement EV Solutions and fuel product roadmaps
  • Design companywide change management processes
  • Create process catalogues and master data frameworks

Qualifications & Skills

  • Must have valid UK work authorization
  • Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Math, or Statistics
  • 5+ years in Business Analysis
  • Experience with LEAN, AGILE, PRINCE2
  • BI skills: SQL, Tableau
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Problem-solving and data analysis skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with analytics, process improvement, and working with machine learning teams
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with C-level interactions
