We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a high-impact digital transformation programme within the public sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of Business Analysts in delivering a modern, cloud-based solution that will replace a legacy system.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of digital services, working across complex systems and stakeholder groups to define solutions that deliver real value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across the full product delivery life cycle
• Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts, supporting their development
• Conduct detailed analysis of existing systems, processes and dependencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver user-focused solutions
• Identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement to support a successful system transition
• Engage with senior stakeholders and represent the BA practice across the organisation and wider community

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile delivery environments (Scrum, iterative sprints)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work across disciplines (developers, designers, testers, product owners)
• Skilled in mapping business processes and defining functional requirements
