Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who will play a key role in the delivery of various projects including project support, coordination, business relationship management, requirement gathering. The ideal candidate will be a detailed planner and an expert communicator. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing landscape.

Required Skills:

  • Work experience in handling multiple streams (Infra, Cloud, applications, ERP, etc.) for manufacturing companies preferably.
  • Requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training and supporting end users as needed.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Documenting and effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • You will have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience as a business analyst and a minimum 1 - 2 years of domain experience in any technology ( Infra, cloud, servers, ERP, application, etc)
  • Should have worked in complex business implementation leading and managing projects.
