Colleagues across all departments are truly passionate about what they do and it is inspiring to work with industry leaders across our business.

Why This Role Matters

The Senior Business Analyst for IT Business Solutions serves as a vital link between IT Solutions Leads, Product Owners, and our global business. Working across our cross-functional product teams, you will utilize your strong business relationship management and communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of exceptional technology solutions for Christie’s. Reporting to the Head of IT Business Solutions, you will collaborate with end users and manage change on a global scale.

Drawing on your extensive experience in business analysis and project management, you will assist the Head of IT Business Solutions in planning, organizing, and synthesizing information from various workstreams into senior management communications. Your goal is to foster a proactive business engagement model that brings valuable content to existing business forums and creates new, impactful forums to support the global volume of change. Your understanding of business processes and change will enable you to identify business impacts that may not be visible to individual product delivery groups and help them implement change successfully. Your success will be driven by your ability to understand the desired business benefits of global projects and partner with Business and IT delivery teams to maintain alignment throughout the SDLC.

As a proactive and curious individual, you will possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. You will create outputs that provide exceptional business value to company programs.
