My client, an innovative online retail company, based out of Yorkshire are on the lookout for a Business analyst to join their team, Helping map data flows, identify data requirements and validate accuracy

Key Responsibilities

• Being the middleman between the information systems and various business units across the group.
• Responsible for the full project lifecycle in the infrastructure, systems or digital space.
• Conduct interviews, surveys and workshops
• Document business, functional and non-functional requirements
• Occasional travel to other UK-based sites as and when required
• Engage with stakeholders, at various levels inside of the business, to achieve project goals
• Define clear and achievable project requirements through analysis of operational business processes
• Analyse exisitng business processes, as well as recommend improvements
• Occasional work outside of office hours/core responsibilities may be required, as and when requested by management.

Required Skills

• Experience and knowledge of microsoft systems (M and project)
• Understanding of ITIL
• Experience with business analysis tasks, i.e. workshop management, process mapping and modelling as well as interviewing techniques.
• Valid UK driving license
• Ability to work as part of a team
