We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will be based on-site, 5 days per week.
As a Business Analyst in this dynamic programme environment, you will triage incoming work requests, assess their strategic fit with programme objectives, and recommend whether they should proceed. You will collaborate with the Project Office to prioritize initiatives, support Product Owners in capturing high-level requirements, and present them to the Requirements Review Board, managing agendas, recording outcomes, and occasionally presenting on behalf of the Product Owner.
Your expertise will be vital in mapping business processes using BPMN tools like Visio or Sparx Enterprise Architect, conducting data analysis, and supporting design teams to ensure high-level designs meet requirements. You will act as a liaison between technical and business teams, facilitating trade-offs and ensuring user stories and testing activities align with requirements. You will also contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement, and provide assurance at the Test Assurance Board that outputs meet expectations.
This role demands a proactive, flexible approach, strong collaboration, attention to detail, and operational support. You will be on-site four days a week, with occasional travel to other customer sites and the ability to respond swiftly to urgent operational needs. Administrative responsibilities include onboarding staff, managing office access/security, and maintaining Jira and Confluence platforms, offering a varied and engaging professional experience.
This role requires security clearance, including a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check. Details will be discussed at interview.
