A leading Financial Services client in East Sussex is now looking to hire an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work on a number of exciting digital and transformation programmes. This is a permanent position offering a base salary of £70,000 + car allowance, bonus, pension, and other benefits. Very flexible working environment.

To be considered for this role, you will need some of the following:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Excellent knowledge of requirement gathering, documentation, process mapping, and facilitating workshops.
• Experience managing and mentoring other Business Analysts.
• Experience working on complex platform deliveries and/or migrations.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience within Financial Services is an advantage.
• Articulate communicator with confidence to deal with all levels of stakeholders.
