A role you will love. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will connect business needs with technology and process solutions. You'll work closely with Shared Services teams to ensure technology solutions meet their goals, lead requirements analysis, identify operational improvements, and support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the end-to-end analysis of business needs, translating them into clear, actionable requirements that support strategic and operational objectives
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand priorities, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Establish and uphold consistent analysis methodologies, templates, and tools to ensure quality and repeatability across projects and programmes
  • Produce high-quality documentation including business cases, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications, and communicate findings effectively to varied audiences
  • Ensure all analysis activities comply with organisational governance, data quality, and security standards

What will you bring to the role. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving value through insight and collaboration. You will be expected to set best practice standards, continuously improving ways of working, and fostering a culture of excellence within the analysis community. You will also be a coach and mentor to other Business Analysts; helping to build capability and ensure consistency in approach across programmes and projects.

Key skills required:

  • Business analyst experience, or similar background
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum)
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g. Visio, ADO, JIRA, Confluence, Excel)
  • Evidence of continuous professional development in business analysis or related fields
  • Strong communication skills
  • Stakeholder engagement
