As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and strategic, operational, and technical solutions; ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value and support our wider transformation agenda.You will play a key role in shaping how Rotork operates by leading the analysis, design, optimisation, and governance of business processes, whilst helping teams successfully navigate change in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business analysis expertise with proven leadership capability, has experience in steering teams through change, and has the confidence to influence at all levels of the organisation.

Qualifications

You will bring:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a global environment
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process improvement, business analysis, and data-driven decision making
• Experience using tools such as Visio, Excel, Power BI, SQL, JIRA, or Azure DevOps
• A solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience supporting business transformation, system implementations, testing, training, and change management activities
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

A relevant degree, along with experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and customer journey mapping, would be highly advantageous.
