  3. Champion departmental vision and culture, making key decisions and setting strategic direction.
  4. Conduct quantitative analyses on various business functions, such as consumer behavior and trends, to identify key performance metrics.
  5. Develop departmental culture, policies, and strategy, fostering a collaborative environment.
  6. Coach, mentor, motivate, and review team members to ensure accountability and professional growth.
