  • Organisational Development & Leadership – Build high-performing executive teams, develop succession plans, and implement performance management frameworks for operational excellence.
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement – Enhance business scalability through automation, data-driven decision-making, and performance tracking systems.
  • Strategic Sales & Market Positioning – Drive customer acquisition, refine pricing models, and integrate advanced sales and marketing automation to sustain revenue growth.
  • Risk & Governance Advisory – Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, mitigate financial and operational risks, and support legal and contractual risk management.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of growing SMEs, providing hands-on strategic and financial guidance that delivers tangible, long-term impact.

You could have operated as a CEO / GM or CFO within a business, or have been working within a senior relationship management role advising clients within a corporate sector such as financial services.
