We are looking for two part-time Senior Business Administrators to join our Library Administration Support Team. The role involves supporting a range of duties, including placing and processing orders for goods and services, assisting with staff recruitment, answering customer and staff enquiries, data entry, and making updates to our website. You will often be required to organise your own workload to meet the demands of a reactive and busy environment.
MS Office skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with customers and colleagues. You should be flexible and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

There are two posts available, one permanent, and one fixed-term until 31 March 2026. The highest scoring candidate at interview will be asked to confirm their preference.
Work rota:
Permanent post: Monday 9am - 5pm, Thursday 1.30pm - 5pm, Friday 9am - 5pm
Fixed-term post: Wednesday 9am - 5pm, Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 1.30pm - 5pm

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
