SYSTRA UK & Ireland is hiring a Senior Consultant for the Passenger Transport team. The role focuses on delivering bus operations, network planning and ticketing/information projects across the UK, with hybrid working and base in multiple offices including Birmingham.

You will liaise with clients, develop solutions, and contribute to business development while advancing your skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment. A competitive package is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Transport Planning or related field or a Masters in Transport Planning.
• Significant Bus operations experience including network planning and related commercial skills.
• Experience delivering ticketing and/or information projects.
• Direct work for clients including on-site secondments.
• Good report and proposal writing skills.
• Established relationships with existing and potential clients in public and private sectors.
• Flexibility to juggle competing project demands.

Responsabilités

• Support the technical delivery of bus operations, network planning and ticketing/information projects.
• Liaise with clients to confirm requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver technical solutions for existing clients solo or as part of a team.
• Discuss future requirements with clients and help secure new business.
• Develop personal skills to stay at the forefront of techniques and technologies.
• Support other sectors within the Consultancy Division on transport planning studies and business cases.
• Project management and proposal management.
• Identify and communicate client/project objectives effectively.
• Ensure quality assurance for investment/transaction decisions.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations.
