Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the built environment or construction sector.
• Proven success placing Civil Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, and Construction Managers.
• Strong understanding of construction lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for AEC professionals.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct detailed interviews and assessments of candidates’ skills and experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in property development, construction and engineering.
• Provide market insights and salary benchmarks for built environment roles.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth placement and onboarding.
