Salary: £57,240 - £64,610 per annum inclusive of all allowances
Location : Guildhall, London
Hybrid – you'll be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week or 60% of your working time in the office.

The City Surveyor's Operations Division is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of construction, maintenance and professional property services for the City of London Corporation's commercial and operational property portfolio in the City, West End and other areas of London as well as open spaces such as Epping Forest, Hampstead Heath and Burnham Beeches.

Are you a proactive, solution-focused professional with a strong background in building surveying and project management? The City of London Corporation is seeking 2 experienced Senior Building Surveyors to support the delivery of vital capital and revenue works across our diverse property portfolio.
Working alongside the Senior Principal Building Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of building projects—ensuring historic and modern buildings across the Square Mile are maintained, restored, and developed to the highest standards.
