Turner Property Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor for a leading commercial property business. You will own a defined portfolio, provide expert Building Consultancy advice and drive delivery of capital and maintenance projects.

The role combines technical surveying, asset planning and strategic decision-making, with leadership and mentoring responsibilities across the team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Building Surveying / Building Consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property and the physical asset.
• Experience with Cat A/B refurbishment projects and asset planning.
• Mentoring or managing other surveyors and leading portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Act as a subject matter expert across Building Consultancy and commercial property.
• Take responsibility for the Building Consultancy delivery across a defined property portfolio.
• Develop and support asset management plans from a Building Consultancy perspective.
• Lead projects from inception through to completion to high standards.
• Manage a varied programme of capital, P&L and planned maintenance projects.
• Deliver Cat A and Cat B refurbishment projects alongside fabric and M&E works.
• Assess building condition and provide technical solutions.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and supplier relationships.
• Mentor and support other Building Surveyors and contribute to development.
• Support compliance across CDM, fire safety, asbestos and MEES.
