Senior Building Surveyor
Location:London
Salary: Up to £75k

A well established construction consultancy based in South London is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their busy team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and develop your career within a supportive, client focused environment.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will take a leading role in delivering comprehensive building surveying services primarily in the residential sector. Other sectors will include Education and Commercial.

You will conduct detailed surveys, manage client relationships, and provide expert advice on maintenance, refurbishment, compliance and defect diagnosis. Your technical expertise and commercial awareness will be key to managing projects efficiently and effectively.

Longer term there is a clear and committed pathway to Associate level and beyond should that be of interest to you.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out detailed building surveys including planned maintenance, defects, condition reports as well as contract administration Produce clear, accurate reports, specifications and cost estimates Provide leadership and mentorship to junior surveyors Build and maintain strong client relationships Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations and health and safety standards Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality delivery within budget and timescales

Candidate Requirements:
