Job summary

CRG is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join a small, busy team on a diverse range of residential and commercial projects across London and the South East. The role offers hybrid working with occasional site visits and a balance between office and field work.

You will lead project delivery, manage client relationships, and contribute to recladding and M&E works across major estates, with backing from a large consultancy.

• Senior level Building Surveyor with professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse residential and commercial projects across London and the South East.
• Take ownership of projects and client relationships; travel to sites as needed.
