Job summary

CRG is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join a small, busy team on a diverse range of residential and commercial projects across London and the South East. The role offers hybrid working with occasional site visits and a balance between office and field work.

You will lead project delivery, manage client relationships, and contribute to recladding and M&E works across major estates, with backing from a large consultancy.

What are we looking for?

Youll need to be an experienced, professionally qualified Building Surveyor operating at Senior level. Your background could be a mix of residential, commercial, building fabric, recladding or a mixture you dont need to tick every box.

More important is that youre comfortable taking ownership of projects, dealing with clients and getting out to sites.

Geographically, somewhere around Milton Keynes / the northern Home Counties would work particularly well, although theres flexibility for the right person if youre comfortable travelling across London and the South East.
