Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join our Belfast office. In this role, you will manage and deliver consultancy services across various projects in the UK and Ireland, leading your own projects while collaborating with a skilled team.

You will provide technical expertise in building surveying, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to business development. A degree in Building Surveying and Chartered status are essential. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Chartered status (or working towards) through a recognized body.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead projects from feasibility through to completion.
• Deliver condition surveys and technical reports.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
