Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Building Surveyor to join our Project Management team in Scotland. The role will be based on-site in Glasgow or Edinburgh, coordinating with multiple internal teams and external consultants on projects ranging from hundreds of thousands to tens of millions.

You will manage complex refurbishment and fit-out projects, assemble design teams, maintain schedules and budgets, and drive best practices in client service.

Qualifications

• MRICS (building surveying) /APM with PQE in a commercial consultancy.
• Experience with AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and numerical skills and report writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with teams and clients to develop and deliver projects.
• Manage, coordinate, and deliver new build, repair and refurbishment projects and internal fit-outs.
• Assemble and manage design teams for project delivery.
• Ensure best practices in project management and client service.
• Travel as required by project needs.
