Are you a skilled Senior Building Surveyor looking for an exciting new challenge? A leading construction consultancy is seeking a talented Senior Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Eltham. This position offers the flexibility of potential hybrid working and provides the opportunity to work on a wide variety of engaging projects, including Residential, Education, Blue Light, Fire Remedial Works, and Capital Improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Leading and managing projects and project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  2. Conducting detailed measured surveys of existing buildings and sites, with attention to detail.
  3. Visiting sites to carry out thorough inspections and providing comprehensive inspection reports.
  4. Inviting tenders for the main contract, performing tender analysis, and compiling detailed reports.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. A RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree
  2. Chartered status or actively working towards APC
  3. Proven experience in managing interdisciplinary projects and project teams
  4. Background in housing, residential, and/or existing buildings
  5. Strong expertise in building surveying and project management
  6. A track record of managing programs of work and demonstrating excellent organizational skills
  7. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client care
